 Inside Sales / Technical Support Representative – Must Have Fluidics Experience
Department
  • Commercial
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting the achievement of the Company's goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by providing technical assistance and sales support to, and soliciting business from prospective and existing customers, and answering product and service related inquiries.
  • Handle technical inquiries from prospective and existing customers regarding pump systems and equipment, enter information into database, and make follow-up calls until an order is placed / dispositioned.
  • Handle prospects and customer sales inquiries, via e-mail, phone and Live Chat.
  • Provide price quotes, data, and technical support to customers as requested.
  • Support the Sr. Technical Support Representative in the development of solutions for technical issues relating to customers and projects assigned.
  • Supply information on new accounts to Accounting Department for credit checks.
  • Handle customer complaints, enter, and submit complaints into database.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA / BS desired.
  • Two years experience and / or training in fluidics; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical aptitude sufficient to understand the Company's products.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Must have fluidics and electrical background, and be proficient in Microsoft Office

 

 Systems Administrator
Department
  • Information Technology
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, systems maintenance, applications programming, and implementing ERP.
  • Diagnose and resolves computer and network issues.
  • Update programs related to the implementation and upgrade to ERP system.
  • Program in ERP and eSynergy (Internally developed program).
  • Set up and maintain workstations (Windows).
  • Maintain anti-virus, backups, updates and security.
  • Ensure safety, backup and appropriate maintenance of all systems according to established policies.
  • Perform special tasks assigned by Information Systems Manager and Vice President Finance.
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of AAS in Information Technology.
  • Two years Information Technology support experience.
  • Strong problem solving capabilities, well organized, and able to effectively manage time and multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of MS Access and .Net Programming (VB preferred), Microsoft Office Professional (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Publisher), Windows - W7 and up, FTP, VPN, File/Print Sharing MicrosoftIIS, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, Firewall (SonicWALL) and AD level Security, TCP/IP (IPV4, IPV6), DNS, DHCP, Routing, Computers and peripherals (motherboard, memory, drives, processor, power supply, BIOS, Printers, etc.), Networking, hardware, and software, Active Directory, Remote Administration.
